A trade, not a tech stack
Drainage is a proper trade, and an old cathedral city hands you every version of it. Victorian clay under the terraces, shared runs that have been patched for a century, modern plastic out on the newer estates. Every engineer on the team is trained on high-pressure jetting, CCTV survey kit and no-dig repair, and they do it day in, day out. That's the difference between shifting a blockage a few feet along the pipe and finding why it blocked in the first place, then fixing it so it stays fixed.
