Do you charge extra for Wilton call-outs?

We don't surcharge by postcode, and there's no call-out fee. Wherever you are inside SP1 to SP2, we talk it through over the phone and agree a clear price before we lift a cover.

Are you available at night and at weekends?

Yes. We've engineers on call 24/7, weekends and bank holidays included. Drains don't keep office hours and neither do we, so an out-of-hours emergency is answered by a real person, not a machine.

Will you have to dig up my garden?

Usually not. Most blockages clear with rods or the jetter, no digging at all. Where a pipe is actually damaged we can often reline it from the inside with no trench, and we'll show you the camera footage before any excavation.

Wilton was the county town of Wiltshire long before Salisbury took over, and it still feels like its own place rather than a suburb: a proper market square, cottages and brick terraces in the old centre, newer estates around the edges, and Wilton House behind its long wall at the east end. Two rivers meet at Wilton, the Wylye and the Nadder, and plenty of the older houses sit low beside them, so when groundwater's up the drains have nowhere to hurry off to.
