Our van-mounted jetters scour the pipe back to its full bore and flush the debris away, so the drain runs as it should instead of re-blocking a fortnight later. Silt is the recurring one around here: sit near the water meadows or the low ground by the rivers and it settles in the pipe faster than you'd think.
